Forensic evaluations are distinct from treatment services. A therapeutic doctor–patient relationship is not established through forensic assessment, and findings may be disclosed to the retaining party, court, or other authorized entities as required.

Risk Assessment
Comprehensive evaluations to assess risk of harm to self or others, including violence risk, future dangerousness, and safety planning considerations. These assessments are tailored for court, workplace, or institutional settings.
Closed Head Injury / Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Psychiatric evaluations addressing the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral effects of closed head injuries, including post-concussive symptoms and long-term neuropsychiatric impact.
Workers’ Compensation Evaluations
Independent psychiatric assessments related to workplace injuries, return-to-work capacity, disability determination, and treatment recommendations within workers’ compensation cases.
Child Custody Evaluations
Psychiatric assessments addressing parental functioning, mental health factors, and the psychological best interests of the child, when requested as part of legal proceedings.
Fitness for Duty Evaluations
Objective evaluations to determine an individual’s psychological capacity to safely and effectively perform job-related duties, often requested by employers, agencies, or governing bodies.
Litigated Liability Evaluations
Psychiatric opinions related to liability issues, including mental state at the time of an alleged incident, causation, and psychological damages.
Medical Malpractice Evaluations
Expert psychiatric review and opinions regarding standards of care, causation, and psychiatric damages in malpractice-related matters.
Independent Medical Evaluations (IME)
Neutral, third-party psychiatric evaluations conducted to provide an unbiased medical opinion for legal or administrative purposes. IMEs include record review, clinical interview, and formal reporting.
